By accessing, registering on, or using the lk97 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lk97 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior arrangements, representations, or understandings.

To access the full range of lk97 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a Player account. The following rules apply to account registration:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your lk97 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one active lk97 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If lk97 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned at lk97's discretion following a review.
lk97 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any stage. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification will be restricted from withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your lk97 account accordingly. lk97 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lk97 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility.
lk97 reserves the right to lock an account immediately if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Any bets placed or withdrawals requested during a period of suspected unauthorised access may be suspended pending review.
lk97 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: USDT (Tether), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Deposits made in PKR via local payment methods are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. USDT deposits are credited at a 1:1 USD equivalent rate. lk97 does not accept deposits in currencies other than those explicitly supported on the Platform.
USDT and Bitcoin deposits are typically credited to your lk97 account within five minutes of blockchain confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take one to two business days.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. lk97 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any deposit made using a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals may only be requested from Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must be converted to Real Money Funds through completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement. lk97 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC verification.
USDT and Bitcoin withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within twenty-four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your lk97 account dashboard. lk97 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment or VIP tier status.
lk97 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in whole or in part. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where this is not technically possible, lk97 will work with the Player to identify an appropriate alternative withdrawal route following KYC verification.
lk97 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, enhanced identity verification, or transaction history. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on lk97 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed at the point of offer. lk97 reserves the right to change wagering requirements for future promotions with notice.
lk97 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned from lk97.
lk97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. lk97 also reserves the right to refuse or reverse any bonus credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe the claim was made in error or in breach of these Terms.
⚠️ Bonus Funds are used in wagering before Real Money Funds by default. Once Bonus Funds are exhausted, Real Money Funds will be used. Players should review their account balance breakdown before placing bets to understand which funds are active.
lk97 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, and bets that lk97 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed using insider information or in bad faith.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the recognised governing body or official data provider used by lk97. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, lk97's decision — based on available official data — shall be final.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between the Player's action and confirmation of the bet. lk97 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the confirmed odds differ materially from the intended odds due to a technical latency issue.
lk97 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds or market pricing, and to void bets placed at materially incorrect prices. A "manifest error" is defined as a price that no reasonable person could consider to represent the genuine probability of the outcome in question. lk97 will notify affected Players promptly in the event of such a correction.
Cricket betting markets on lk97, including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official scorecard as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as appropriate. In the event of abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, or match interruption, lk97 applies the settlement rules specified for each market type.
All casino games available on lk97 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are provided by third-party game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is governed by the game provider's published specifications.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lk97. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banishment from the Platform:

lk97 reserves the right to close or suspend any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would expose lk97 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Players may request closure of their lk97 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@lk97.net. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are immediately forfeited. Pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled normally, and any resulting Real Money winnings will be included in the final balance returned to the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lk97 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any lk97 content without prior written consent from lk97.
Scraping, automated data extraction, republication of odds data, or any form of systematic copying of Platform content is strictly prohibited without a formal written data-licensing agreement with lk97.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lk97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the lk97 Platform, including but not limited to:
lk97's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lk97's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
lk97 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the lk97 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
lk97 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
lk97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lk97 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. In the event of a dispute between a Player and lk97 regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or account matter, the Player should first raise the matter with lk97's support team at support@lk97.net. lk97 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to resolving the matter within thirty calendar days of receipt where reasonably possible.
lk97's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, application of bonus terms, and account management are final in all cases where these Terms have been applied correctly and in good faith. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaints process may seek independent dispute resolution through appropriate channels available in their jurisdiction.
